Gestione diagnostica errori

Le Harley-Davidson ad iniezione hanno un completo sistema di diagnostica che memorizza codici di errore per ogni anomalia ai componenti del sistema.

Questa è una breve guida per la consultazione ed eventuale cancellazione degli errori.

Tenendo premuto il tasto del contakm e assicurandoti che l’interruttore sul manubrio sia su RUN gira la chiave di accensione.

Vedrai la lancetta spostarsi e le spie accendersi.
Lascia il tasto del contakm.
Il display visualizzerá DIAG ad una pressione del tasto del contakm vedrai la scritta PSSPT con la P lampeggiante,

le lettere significano:

  • P: ECM/ICM EFI
  • S: TSM/TSSM (Allarme/modulo indicatori direzione)
  • SP:Contakm
  • T:Contagiri

Con la P lampeggiante tieni premuto il tasto fino a che non visualizza qualcosa. Potrebbe visualizzare NONE oppure un codie tipo X1234.

Se visualizza none ripremi il tasto e ti dará il nr seriale del componente relativo. Se ripremi il tasto il lampeggio passa al sottosistema successivo oppure al codice di errore successivo.
Per uscire basta girare la chiave su off.

Se un errore é capitato “una tantum” e non si presenta piú per i 50 cicli successivi di accensione e spegnimento viene automaticamente cancellato.

Se, appena acceso il motore, la spia del motore si accende per 4 secondi é tutto ok, se si accende per quattro secondi, si spegne per quattro e si riaccende per otto e poi si rispegne significa che in memoria é presente uno storico degli errori. Se rimane accesa l’errore é ancora presente.

Se quando ti visualizza il codice di errore tieni premuto il tasto allora tali codici vengono cancellati. Prendi nota dei numeri che escono e poi guarda sulla tabella.
